Is it possible to color the horizontal lines for marking zones on the charts? I have frequent hangups of the program. The second problem I have observed, while TradeTiger shows it is active since I am to open charts but the price updates are not occurring, then I need to log off and relog in to get TradeTiger running.

First of all, you need to check for an update related to this application. This might come in handy to fix the error when TradeTiger doesn't update itself. Regarding the first issue, the application does not allow you to place color marking zones because there is no function to do that.
It has good features but it eats up 95-98% memory without opening 2 charts. Old version, although poor in features, was taking less memory. Old version works erratically for commodity market in evening and the rates are updated with a 15-20 mins delay. It's totally misleading & putting clients to loss & uncertainty. Tech team has no solution. Suffering for last 3 months. Seriously thinking of stopping its use. It's a hopeless situation.

There are two versions available on the main website. Try to download one of them (which suits you best) in order to optimize its function. Since the time of using and until now, TradeTiger has been updated to reflect latest changes in computer market, stock trading , etc.
